Frozen splits, pinhole leaks, slab leaks and full-blown ruptures. We isolate the damage, stop the water and rebuild the run in freeze-resistant PEX-A so it doesn't happen twice.
Weak showers, a pump that short-cycles, or no water at all. We test switches, size pressure tanks correctly and rebuild manifolds so rural systems hold steady pressure.
Cold showers are not a personality trait. We repair and replace tank heaters, convert homes to Navien tankless, and descale against West Texas hard water so the new unit lasts.
Stubborn clogs, root intrusion and sewer backups. A color camera finds the real problem first — then up to 4,000 PSI of water scours the line clean instead of just poking a hole in the blockage.
Running toilets, dripping faucets, tired shower valves and full fixture swaps for remodels. Small jobs get the same sealed, tested, tidy finish as the big ones.
Restaurants, churches, rentals and retail — scheduled around your hours, not ours. Includes certified backflow testing and the paperwork your city inspector wants to see.
No phone tag, no mystery pricing, no trench left across your yard. Here's the whole routine:
A real person picks up around the clock and talks you through shutting things down safely if water is moving.
Camera scopes, pressure tests and a look at the whole system — not just the drip — so the quote covers the cause.
A clear price range in writing before a wrench turns. If we find something unexpected, we stop and re-quote first.
We pressure-test the repair, walk it with you, haul off the old parts and leave the work area cleaner than we found it.
Pick a job, tell us how fast you need it, and dial in the size. The range updates as you go — it's the same math our dispatcher starts from when you call. New customers: the CC40 voucher is already applied.

Work down this list — the first one that applies is your shutoff.
Toilets and sinks have small oval handles on the wall or floor behind them. Turn clockwise until they stop. That kills water to that one fixture so the rest of the house stays live.
On city water, the main is usually by the meter at the street or where the line enters the house. Turn the handle clockwise (or lever a quarter-turn) to shut the whole property down.
Flip the well pump breaker in your electrical panel, then close the valve after the pressure tank. No power plus no pressure means the flooding stops even if a line is wide open.
With the water stopped, the damage stops growing. Call and we'll get a truck rolling and talk you through anything else worth doing while you wait.
